Shipping

Our shipping options include:

1. USPS Ground Shipping (2-5 Days) 

2. UPS 2 Day Air (2 Business Days)

3. UPS Next Day (10:30am next Business Day)

Processing Time - All orders leave our facility within 1-2 business days (excludes National holidays).*  Our shipping calculator at the checkout accounts for a 2 day processing time.  You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

Rush Orders - we accommodate rush orders!  Please email us at contact@bumpcitynash.com and specify when your item is needed.  We will adjust the processing and shipment according to your needs  

International and Canadian Orders*:

We offer a Flat Rate shipping on all international orders. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout.

1. USPS First Class mail (10-20 business days) - $19 Flat Rate

2. USPS Express Mail (3-10 business days) - $49 Flat Rate

*All international packages may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a slight delay with processing times. Customer is responsible for paying all customs, duties, taxes, and/or immigration fees.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns with a prepaid shipping label for store credit or exchange.  Please note that all sale items are final sale and items purchased with a discount code are exchange only. Swimwear, undergarments (bras, underwear, shapewear) and bump accessories such as maternity belts and products (oils, balms) are final sale. Please email us to coordinate your exchange or return contact@bumpcitynash.com

Return items must meet the following requirements:

• Online purchases: Contact us within 3 days of your order delivery by sending an email to contact@bumpcitynash.com and we will issue you a return label to mail your item(s) back to us within 7 days. We will facilitate your store credit or exchange via email. All emails are answered within 24 hours.

  • Exchange postage is covered for the first exchange fulfillment (return postage and outbound postage). We are not responsible for subsequent exchange postage.

• Nashville store purchases: All in-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days.  No refunds are issued. Accessories, swim, undergarments, shapewear and sale items purchased in-store are final sale.

• In original packaging, unworn and free of make-up stains and odor.

Processing time:

• All orders placed take 1-2 business days processing time.
• Once received, exchanges are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable.

We are not responsible for replacing or reimbursing lost or stolen deliveries.
